Our Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, we will address the following situations:

  • Arrangements that arrive damaged or in poor condition
  • Orders that are incorrect or do not match what was ordered
  • Arrangements that do not meet our quality standards
  • Issues related to delivery timing or location

In these cases, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at your discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the arrangement showing the issue
  • Include your order number and delivery details

We will arrange for a replacement arrangement to be delivered as soon as possible, or provide a full refund if you prefer. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
